parameters exchange between ICM and IP IVR

Hi

How I can get or post parameters between ICM and IP IVR. These parameters can be used for advanced control over calls, but for now I did not succeed to make these components to "talk" each other with variables.

Hi,

You can use for this purpouse the 'Get Enterprise Call Info' (data from ICM to IP IVR) and 'Set Enterprise Call Info' (data from IP IVR to ICM) nodes in CRS script Editor.

Select in one of the nodes Propoerties and in the 'General' tab you can get/set values from the ICM Peripheral Variables (click 'Add' button and in the new window you can access those variables in the 'Name' combo).

You can modify the 'Expanded Call Variables' in these nodes from the 'Expanded Call Variables' tab.
