We have customer that we are using Enterprise Variables to pass information to the agent, this is working fine. They have several applications that filter to the Contact Center application. Is there a way that we can set a variable in the original application that can used in the contact center application. The customer would like to set a "ringtoext" variable in the original script then be able to redirect the call to the variable if there are no agents ready or after a certain time. This "ringtoext" would/could be different from each of the incoming applications.
