Hello, first check on your PCCE Admin Server virtual machine that the ICM Distributor service is running. You can do it via CCE Service Control Utility or via Windows Services.

thank you for the reply sir.

i just tried restart tomcat on the CCE admin server ( the windows server ) after few min the issue fixed.

so is that good way to restart tomcat as it for web applications.
