There is one Supervisor for some reason not able to Save changes to an agents Attributes. After adding an Attribute the Supervisor gets a message that this field cannot be edited when trying to change the value. It works for other Supervisors and agents but not this one particular agent.
Any ideas out there on troubleshooting this issue?
