We have multiple customers that recently approached us on how to change the Domain Name within their PCCE System. The company has changed name or merged with another company now requiring this change. In UCCE you would do a tech refresh upgrade and port the data with EDMT but PCCE does not allow for this method. Is it possible or is the old option to rebuild the PCCE as Greenfield and duplicate the configuration which is time consuming.
Any suggestions approved by Cisco TAC would be helpful.
