I am gettting the error on the Rogger, " The Network communications between the Peripheral Gateway or NIC PG01 has been down for 1522 minutes".
The PG can be pinged and the tracert is correct between both the PG and the Rogger. The setup is Duplex. This is happening on the Side B Rogger,
however the Rogger A is working perfectly fine. Please let me know where can be the problem as everything was working fine till yesterday.
Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) Version: ICM 7.5

Looks like the PG01 pgagent is not able to establish a active/standby connection to Rogger B, check the ICM port utilization guide and see if the ICM ccagent side B is listening on the specified port for pgagent connection.
Try a telnet test from PG to router and see if that succeeds.

PG talks to Router over 3 different Ports
1. High Priority
2. Medium Priority
3. Low Priority
You can checkout for the respective Ports in the Router Registry and PG Registry
Try Telnetting from PG to Router over the Ports specified in the registry.

I am able to telnet from PG to Router on all the 3 different ports. I am not able to figure what went wrong here.
