Hello,
I'm running a callback script on uccx 8.5 and its working great, no issues, I'm trying to get it working on a seperate uccx 8.02 machine and it's erroring out in the unsuccessful branch of the place call statement. I have checked the calling search spaces and Call Control Group, Media ID and the triggers and they look fine. Is there anything else I need to check?
