Playing recorded conversation through phone

Is it possible to play recorded conversations through the phone rather than the PC's sound card? I find it quite strange if this is not possible, as using the VMO plugin, emails can be listened to via the phone.

Sorry. Unfortunately right now there is no third party applications to accomplish this.
