Hi,
Im having an issue with a new CTI-RP.
I have CCM4.0 , IPCC Enterprise 6.0.
I did the following:
- created a new Route Point (with the same config as other existing CTI-RP)
- added a directory number.
- associated the CTI-RP with the JTAPI user.
But it still shows Registration:unknown.
On ICM side i already configured the dialed number/associated Calltype, script.
I did the following to fix it but nothing helped:
1- deleted and recreated the CTI-RP
2 Dialed the CTI-RP DN and checked "router log viewer" on ICM but it didnt show anything, so the problem is on Callmanager side.
Can someone help????

Are you associating the RP to the right JTAPI User - the "pguser" guy, not some other jtapi user?

yes i did!!!!
i do have other CTI-RP registred with that JTAPI user and all is working fine, just this new one dont!!!.

Do this AFTER HOURS. Reset the CTI Manager service on the CM subscriber that the PG is pointing to. That should fix the issue.

That s it. restarted CTI Callmanager and it works now.
