What kind of PSTN connection do you use for your UCCX - E1/T1 or SIP trunk? In case of SIP trunk is there any limitation (maximum number of inbound calls) on the trunk?

I think in this case you do not need additional IVR ports for Post Call Survey (PCS). Imagine you have 30 B channels in E1 and 30 IVR ports (1 IVR port per call). The client calls, and he occupies 1 E1 timeslot and 1 IVR port. When the call is delivered to the Agent and the Agent answers, the IVR port is released and it can be used later on for the PCS.
