Primary Supervisor difference?

Can someone please tell me the difference between a Primary Supervisor and just Supervisor does Primary have any more privileges? what is the difference?

What priveleges does a Primary supervisor have, that a Supervisor doesn't? 

Does a Primary have access to more reports?

Hi,

Allows you to define the Supervisor script dialed number option.

Using the Script Editor, create a routing script to associate the dialed number .Use the Agent to Agent node to route the call to the primary supervisor by editing the formula with the call preferredagentid. In addition, in case this routing fails, set up a route to the skill group or precision queue where the secondary supervisors are located. This step allows you to report on blind conference and consultative call information. This script associates the supervisor's dialed number with the script using the Script Editor's Call Type Manager window .

I  never used agent to agent node and Supervisor script dialed number.

What tasks can a "Primary Supervisor" do that a Supervisor can't?
