Hi all
In the Cisco CRA Editor Step Reference Guide 3.5,CISCO said that The Menu step receives a single digit entered or spoken by a caller and maps this entry to a series of option output branches.
Dose the menu support the ASR?
Thanks in advance!

The Menu step receives a single digit entered or spoken by a caller and maps this entry to a series of option output branches
The Menu step retries for a timeout, an invalid digit entry (a digit that is not associated with any connections), or invalid spoken input.

You need to install the Nuance & TTS
This chapter describes how to install Nuance Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Nuance Text-to-Speech (TTS) software for Cisco Customer Response Applications (CRA) 3.0.
The Nuance ASR software allows callers to speak words or phrases to choose menu options. For example, with ASR, when a caller dials into an Automated Attendant and is prompted for a name, the caller can say a name and then be connected to that person.
