Problem integration CUIC standalone UCCX

Hi, I'm working on the interfaces of a UCCX version 11.0.1 and CUIC standalone version 11.0.1.

I experienced an issue in the istance of the data source.

Unfortunately I did not find many guides for the integration between UCCX and CUICstandalone

The best way to integrate standalone CUIC with UCCX is that, open the co-resident CUIC and go to Datasources >> UCCX and fill all the settings in the standalone CUIC exactly as they are in co-resident CUIC except the Database User ID and Password which in this case will be uccxhruser and the password that you set in Password Management on UCCX.
