Hi,
I have a user that has both, ip phone and ip communicator with the same settings and the same DN. He can call anyone he wants from both devices. But, when he calls Contact Center using ip communicator he is being denied, while everything is normal when he uses his ip phone. This happens only to him, everybody else don't have such problem. I am also sure that it is not networking issue - we have tested it. I have CUCM 8.5 and UCCX 8.5 Premium.
Does anyone have an idea what can cause this problem?

Make sure his IPC does not have "Optimize for low bandwidth" checkbox checked under Preferences-->Audio tab.
