Process For Updating UCCX 11.0.1 to 11.0.1(SU1)

Hello,

I am currently handling an upgrade from 11.0.1 to 11.0.1(SU1) however, I am not normally the person who handles the UCCX management for our system.  I was looking for advice on the recommended process.  I do have the ISO for this process.  I know I need to transfer the file somewhere or mount it?  Any documentation outlining the process or advice that could be provided would be very useful.

I believe I found a decent guide for this.  That being said, I am receiving an error on one of my backups.  Though the status is "Success", there is an error near the bottom.
