Push Info from SIP Header of Call to Cisco UCCX Finesse

Hello All
Our Customer receive calls back into a UCCX application and would like to get information that was added to the SIP header of the call and assign it to a variables on Finesse

UCCX 12.5 , CUCM 12.5

The Data needed to be Push  :-

"""Modified SIP header within Call Back ""
User-to-User:00MRN=|NAME=|EXT=12345|ANI=1234567890|DNIS=9891517200|LANGUAGE=EN;encoding=ascii

what needed:-
we need to show " ANI, DNIS and LANGUAGE "  on  Finesse

How can we achieve that although the SIP is terminated on CUICM and Jtabi connection between cucm and UCCX ???

I don’t think that you can do this as the SIP information isn’t passed on to CCX. I suggest that you rethink your approach to maybe use different triggers numbers per language to map that out in your script. The other two items that you mentioned that you’d want to display in Finesse should be present in the information that is passed along to the script, so those you should be able to display with the proper steps in the script to extract them and save the data into variables.
