QM can not play back recordings

Hi, Everbody

I have a problem about QM.

Login to the web page, Agent a4401 can search the recordings history in the Record tab,but where double click the items, it will alert:
"PLYR2003, there was a problem downloading the file. Try again or contact your monitoring and recording administrator”.


   Server:
         Cisco Unified Communication manager 9.1.1.10000-11
         Cisco Quality Management 8.5(2) SR2 (Windows Serv 2008 R2 Enterprise, SQL 2005 Enterprise)
         Cisco Unified CCX 8.5.1.11004-25
     Client:
         CP-7942
          Windows XP 
         Java JRE 1.6.0.13
      Cisco Agent Desktop 
         IE 8
 
  And attachment is configuration about QM.
