Hi
I want to know that is there any way to figure out the number of times a call had put on hold by an agent?
From TCD, we get the hold duration but from no where that for how many times the call had been put on hold by the agent.
Seeking experts help.

I don't think there is option to get number of times the call put on hold.Even in the database schema i didn't see any flag for this option.
