Question regarding connection failure in Cisco Finesse

Can anyone tell me if I get a connection failure in Cisco Finesse does that affect my ready time stats? Does anyone have any idea? My coworkers try to trick the system by getting connection failure so they don’t have to go on “Ready” status, apparently it tricks the system and does not go against them

If you getting a connection failure in finesse , your State goes to not ready (Or logged Out).

So your ready State time is reset when your go back to ready
