Hi,
I did a workflow to record all the calls from agents that seems to be working fine, but, when I lunch the recording options from CSD I saw all this recordings but when I play it, there is no sound.
I also found the files in which this recording are, all have 1k of size.
How can i fix that? I need some of those recordings.

looks like your location of recorded files are some where either local PC or some location that you have defined in settings.
1k size is the short cut to that and when you try to lauch it cannot find the fine gives you error or do not play voice.
Did you try this on local agent pc where the recording happened?

Yes I did, but the file is 1k too.
