Redundancy VXML

Hello everyone ,  I need to know if can I have one CVP  and 2 vxml in redundancy without SIPProxy or CUPS.

What do you mean by "2 VXML"? Two VXML gateways? If that is the case then yes you can have redundancy. You can create DNS or local SRV records to handle this. Check the CVP config guide.
