Could someone please share insights into what capture segment means according to:
List Captures | Webex Contact Center for Developers (webex-cx.com)
Simply put, I understand that it's part of the recording. What I want to understand is on what basis these segments are created by WxCC, is it because of the following:
1. Length of the call? if yes, what is the length that WxCC splits the call?
2. Some agent/customer being added/removed from the ongoing task, representing a conference task?
3. Any other reason?
