I have contact center express 4.5 enhanced and the option to setup a remote monitor isn't showing up. Isn't that supposed to be available in 4.5 enhanced? If so what might make it not show up?

The Remote Monitoring application comes with IPCC Express Premium systems.

Yes there are. At a minimum it will offer "triggered" recording/monitoring when a Supervisor clicks the Monitor or Record buttons within Cisco Supervisor Desktop.
Remote Monitoring just allows you to listen to an agent or CSQ using a phone (instead of CSD) by calling a trigger for the rmon.aef script within the UCCX server.

Here is from the item I read in the CRS 4.51 Administrator Guide. "The Remote Monitor hyperlink is available only if you are using Cisco
IPCC Express Enhanced or Premium license packages." It seems to indicate remote monitoring is supported with express enhanced.
