Can this be done? We want to be able to dial from within Outlook. I have the TSP installed for my desktop to correctly dial from Outlook to my 7940 IP Phone. But I need to use the Desktop Agent, rather than the Dialer app that Microsoft provides? Any ideas?

Jeremy,
To dial from the desktop agent is quite easy.
You have to install Cisco IPCC Express, configure it and install CAD. But in this configuration you are deploying an ACD infraestructure for CallManager.
But you can dial directly from CAD to an external or internal number.
Hope this helps,
Juan Luis

I think I wasn't clear. What I want to be able to do is from within Outlook, right-click on a contact, click "Call Contact", and have the Desktop Agent place the call rather than the "Phone Dialer" app that comes with XP.
