report that pulls agents calls by half hour

Hi im new to creating custom reports i have cuic 10.6 and a standalone premium lab i need to create a report that can show agents calls by half hour is there a stock report i can build this off of?

You didn't mention if this was CCE vs. CCX, but if CCE a good place to start is the CUIC Report Template Guide. It is older and Cisco unfortunately hasn't produced an updated one for more recent versions (which would be incredibly useful), but at least shows you some the core reports. The Agent Queue Interval report may give you what you need for instance. Here's the link for it.
