I am new here and new to Cisco CVP, so I have been trying out different nodes in both CVP and ICM. I am currently working on a test to communicate data between ICM and CVP while the call is queued on CVP.
I have a very basic Call Studio Application That starts and goes to the ReqICMLabel node. My ICM script is also very basic. It starts (checks for a particular CallTypeID, goes to the Queue to Skill Group node and out of the OK branch goes into a series of set nodes (for the ToExtVXML) and runs an external script. At the if CallTypeID node previously, the CallTypeID for the ReqICMLabel Matches I got to a set node and then a label.
I am setting "application=safi_test_project_006;_dnis=70028" in the ToExtVXML[0] ECC variable. 70028 is the CallType/DNIS for the ReqICMLabel. The ICM script handles the 70027 and 70028 DNs.
Here is what I get is the activity logs for the CVP.

At this point, I don't know how to proceed forward to fix this. Please help!

Do you see any activity in the 2nd UCCE script (i.e. does the call look like it is sent, even though you have the error)?
Do you see anything additional in the Error log, not just the application log?
Also, what version are you using?
There have been a number of different defects for ReqICMLabl in the past, like this one, https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvf68615
Can you include screenshots of your ReqICMLabl as well, where the error seems to be happening?
