We will create an additional group in our UCCX 10.6 wherein Agents will be on a remote site. UCCX Pub and Sub or all the applications (Primary and Secondary) are located in HQ Site. If the new group or Agents will be located on a remote site and they will use the UCCX specifically the CAD and Supervisor Desktop, we would like to know what will be the required bandwidth for WAN between the remote site and HQ site?
I have checked the SRND for the UCCX 10.6 from the link below, and found some details wherein for UCCX Cluster, bandwith required is 2mb, however I think this is for the UCCX HA over WAN (WAN Bandwidth between UCCX Pub and Sub).
