Hello Everyone,
Our agents have many different applications open and most of the time they don't notice their state changes. They often get stuck in Reserved and Not Ready states. I am looking to create gadgets that pup up when our agents are in those 2 states for a longer period than the normal expected duration. Has anyone done this before or can point me to the right direction?
