We have PCCE v11.6 setup hosted across two DCs which is also referred as Side A and Side B
Both the Hard drives C: and of ROGGER VM on Side A had been increased by 100GB by mistake which eventually broke the monitoring capabilities (System Alerts Gui) on PCCE Administration web portal. However, Side A and Side B ROGGER VMs are on sync without any issues.
SlNo | PCCE Server Role | C:Drive | D:Drive |
Available | Free | Available | Free |
1 | ROGGER A | 179 GB | 128 GB | 249 GB | 119 GB |
2 | ROGGER B | 79.6 GB | 19.6GB | 149 GB | 19.8 GB |
To be able to match the VM specs and obtain PCCE Admin system alerts access, we are planning to build a new VM by copying the ROGGER B VM specs. The plan is to shutdown the SideA ROGGER and rebuild a new VM (copy of ROGGERB)
Is the above plan sounds good or is there any better approach that we can follow. Please suggest
Additionally, we are on the verge of upgrading the PCCE from 11.6 to 12.5
