Hi all,
Our UCCX is a 8.0.2 version .After a power failure our ups didnt react as expected and our uccx had a cold shutdown. Turning it back on some agents couldnt login getting an error message "Agent login is invalid". Checking the resource list we found nothing no resources in at all, all agent can be seen in the inactive agents window. On the add resources menu i can find all agents except of those that can login. If i try to add them i get a message that the user id allready exists.
The only service that is it stopped is the archive manager which i am investigating .....
Any ideas

HI,
Please check if all the UCCX services are up and running from UCCX serviceability page. Also make sure that UCCX first node has the mastership of all the service in case if you have a HA setup.
Once you do this, please check if the Agent Phone MAC id's are associated with the RmCm application user in CUCM. I would suggest you to please deassociate and reassociate one more time.
After the above step run the Directory Resync operation from the Cisco Desktop Administrator.
Hope this helps.
Anand

Hi,
All service are up and running excepte the Archive Mananger which is stopped.
There is no HA setup.
I forgot to mention that will have a call manager express on this setup.
I tried the directory resync but no good.
I think what i need to do is find out why the Archive Manager is stopped.
Thanks

Hi,
Run the UCCX and CME validate data from UCCX Admin.
Just try rebooting CME also once and see if it helps.
Thanks,
Anand

Hi,
Done both. Validation is fine and i ve restarted cme a couple of times.
I found a reported bug which is similar
https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2031228
This seems interesting
In between our correspondence, I had a Cisco TAC person connect and use CET to delete the entries in
com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.ArchiveAdminConfig
com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.ArchiveIdConfig
com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.ArchiveLeaseConfig
but i am not sure how to do it
No good.
Thanks

Hi,
If its UCCX 8.x version, than for using CET tool, you need root access for UCCX to do that.
Cisco TAC only has the ability to create this root access and try the above workaround.
As you have mentioned, you may want to open a Cisco TAC case for further help.
(To open a request with TAC, please go to http://tools.cisco.com/ServiceRequestTool/create/)
Thanks,
Anand

Hi,
Sorry to hear about that, by any chance you had any latest working DRS backup of the UCCX system?
Thanks,
Anand
