Hello,
We received a requirement from the Client to restrict the Supervisors from seeing all the skill groups that are configured in the system.
Currently, when the Supervisors login in to UCCE Web Administration Console for Agent Re-skilling, they are able to see and add any skill group to their Agents (Agent team).
Is there any way to add permissions to the Supervisors in order to be able to manage specific skill groups? Or is there any other option to solve the issue?
We are using UCCE 11.5 and CCMP is not included in our solution.
