SQL is utilizing the maximum memory thus we are receiving the alarms from the Rogger, however, the alarms are generated by SQL and not really related to ICM. Restarting the SQL services will resolve the issue but again after 2-3 days we will see the same issue.
Not sure what impact it will cause to the platform as of now customer did not reported any issue.
Kindly help me to bring SQL process to normal.
Version details:
ICM 8.5.3, CVP 8.5.1
Operating system: Window 2008

Hi,
We have the similar enviornment and similar issue, In our case the Logger to HDS communication stops. After the Restart of the Sql Services in HDS and Logger. The historical data flows into HDS....
Any guess or suggestion will be great...

If installation and configuration is done as per Cisco documents, I would recommend to engage TAC or local SE.
