Anyone had an issue where Call Manager 4.1.3 and IPCC 6.0 Peripheral Gateways stop communicating even though the services are still running. This issue caused my route points and agent extensions to disassociate with the pguser, thus taking my call center offline. Rebooting CTI manager and restarting the PG's fixes it. Anyone know of a cause for this?

Our customer is also frequently got this problem of route disassoication. Is that a bug with CCM or ICM which has problem with hyberthreading with the MSC servers.
Could ugprade to recent release of CCM or ICM solve this issues??
