Hi Community,
Happy 2023 to everyone.
I received this message today from UCCX and I was wondering if you had faced before?
System version: 12.5.1.11001-348 (SU1-ES03)
--I am replacing my node name as XXXXXXX--
At Fri Jan 06 06:29:05 GMT 2023 on node XXXXXXX, the following SyslogSeverityMatchFound events generated:
SeverityMatch : Critical
MatchedEvent : Jan 6 06:28:45 XXXXXXX kern 2 kernel:[152406.562050] EXT4-fs error (device sdb1): ext4_mb_generate_buddy:757: group 875, block bitmap and bg descriptor inconsistent: 24569 vs 25594 free clusters AppID : Cisco Syslog Agent ClusterID :

What I also noticed that, a few days ago I restarted UCCX Pub node for regular/scheduled reboot and It didnt come back back.
Once I connected via Vcenter console I was forced/asked to press CTRL + D to start boot process.
Do you believe I should start with repair/rebuild process?

I suggest starting with a recovery ISO to run an fsck on the file system. If that doesn’t clear things up you’re in backup/reinstall/restore territory.

If I am not mistaken and things have not changed, UCCX does not have Recovery option and I used do same with CUCM recovery disk. Is this still the case?
Last recovery I did was a couple of years ago for UCCX
