Agents are getting kicked out of agent desktop and they get the following error.
Runtime error!
Program: C\ProgramFiles\Cisco\Desktop\CallChat.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
Anyone seen this or know what might be causing it? I am also seeing alot of infromational alarms on the CCM about the Active Server Pages service stopping and starting. Not sure if related. Another system is that agents have to log in and out several times before the desktop software will let them go into ready mode. They get an error stating that the agent failed to change state.

The error message looks similar to the one in the bug: CSClt23225.

I'm not able to see this bug on CCO. The BUG ID is CSClt23225, correct?
