Sample Finesse JavaScript Gadget - makeConsultCall

Would anyone have a really simple "makeConsultCall" Sample Gadget?

I know there is a "makeCall" Sample Gadget - so I will start with this myself and make my own one if necessary.

Gerry, there's a example here that gives you a row of quick transfer buttons.  There's a version that uses single-step and another that does consult.
