when using shceduled report generation with Cisco Historical report, we have the option to save the output file in several formats, like pdf or excel or whatever.
i configured the Cisco Historical Report application to generate certain reports in a scheduled time, and i choose the file format to be Excel(97-2000). it is one of the predefined file formats options.
my problem is that the generated file is not including charts, although i checked the "include charts in report" option tab when i configured it.
if i manually generate a report it opens it in a pdf format but i can save it in any format i choose. if i choose to be saved as Excel(97-2000) it saves it just correct as the pdf version.
so my problem is if i select excel format option through scheduled report, the charts are not included.
one more thing that if i use scheduled report and i choose the file format to be pdf, the output is normal and contains charts.
