we wrote the script where call will go to a queue and will announce. How can we send the call after announcement to an IVR extension immediately?

Use the dequeue step to pull the caller out of the RMCM subsystem. Then use the Call Redirect (or Call Consult Transfer) to move the call elsewhere.
