Server to Request time out in Live reporting on Finesse

the agents reported an issue when logging into finesse "server to request time out" attached is a screenshot. I have gotten reports refreshing the page goes away after one refresh and others say it takes more than once. Does anyone know whats going on? I know its pulling live data reports from CUIC. Is there a log I can pull to figure it out? 

 

I looked at the syslog and found the server is hitting this bug https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvs42604/?rfs=iqvred but no idea if its related.

Hi. I had similar issue with a couple of remote sites with Internet Explorer as a browser. From my perspective it is related with network bandwidth/delay. Since we started to use FF (which gives significantly greater caching/performance), the problem has been disappeared.

I would recommend to try FF and load the page in debug mode to check timings to load gadgets.
