Hey Everyone!
I have an issue with a single desk phone which is an 8841 using CM 12.5.1. It is connected with singlewire informacast alerting for emergency services. When the receptionist presses the button on the phone it just indicates "host not found"
I have troubleshooted the singlewire side by removing the profile and readding it however its still getting the same message. I cannot find any troubleshooting documentation on it so looking to see if anybody has had this problem before.

Has the service URL an FQDN in it?
If yes, has the phone a DNS-server assigned?
If yes, can the DNS-server resolve the FQDN of the URL?
Is service configured with "https" and the phone doesn't trust the certificate of the service?
Have you even looked once in the phone logs to check, what's going on?

As written "phone logs" --> the logs directly from the phone, which you can access when browsing via browser to the IP of the phone (if Web-Access is enabled in CUCM)
