Is there any tool/API that can be used to simulato users/agents in a UCCE environment?
We have UCCE 10.5 in our lab, with just 10 users (license). This user count is enough for us to develop and test our applications. We write applications that CISCO customers with UCCE use in call centers. These customers have upward of 30,000 users or agents.
We would like a way to test our application against higher number of users/agents. Is there any tool that can used for such simulation?
