Hi All - I am facing below issue, Can you please suggest some idea to make it work.
Here is the call flow
IP PHONE --> R.pattern --> SIP TRUNK --> G/W --> CVP --> ICM
when ever i am making calls from IP Phone, calls are disconnecting and in IP Phone it display MSG as "ENTER NUMBER"
When i checked the ICM, calls are in Send to VRU, ICM not able to resume the Dialog.
Checked the SIP logs, observed that calls coming from IP Phone doesn't have SDP Info and VG sending 481 to IP Phone.
Even i tried from Hard Phone and CIPC as well, Also IP phone were able to initiate calls with FXS sucessfully.
The same setup working fine, when i make a call from FXS / FXO Port.
FXO/FXS --> G/W --> CVP --> ICM
When calls are inititated from FXO/FXS VG sending INVITE to CVP along with SDP Info.
Attached Error logs for the same, VXML and Ingress are co-located.
