hello
i want to set up sip dialer with ipivr using ivr base campaign. must i have sip proxy for it to work or will it work with just ipivr and voice gateway? we do not have sip proxy

Hi,
no, you don't need a SIP Proxy.
What kind of gateway is that? What IOS version? Are you connecting to the TDM world (ISDN)?
