• •1.       Can we integrate SIP Dialer with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (Online) or not.

This has nothing to do with the dialer, but with your desktop.  Yes, you should be able to pop dynamics, depends on the type of desktop you're using CAD and Finesse would probably the be easiest, if you have CTIOS you're going to need to custmize it.
