Anyone else have this issue?
OS: W2008 R2
ICM: 8.5.3
When you restart Cisco Contact Center SNMP Management Service (which starts OK), you get the below error in the Windows event log.
But after I confirmed that SNMP WMI Provider Role is infact installed..
Maybe a bug / issue with Windows 2008 R2??
Event Log:
The System Application MIB SNMP subagent was not started because a required Windows component is missing.
Please install the WMI Windows Installer Provider subcomponent of the Management and Monitoring Tools from your Windows CD and restart the Cisco Contact Center SNMP Management service.
