Dear All,

Customer has currently integrated Socialminer with FB and Twitter.

They need confirmation whether Socialminer will work with Youtube ,Snapchat, instagram and whatsapp

We can also propose WhatsApp Business Account subscription. 

We can also propose an optional NLP Chatbot.
