Hello,
I have just went live with our new chat feature from Socialminer. We are at 11.6 using finesse desktop. The new incoming chat dings quietly and a toaster window appears for 5 seconds. My staff are struggling real bad to notice they have a new chat, and chats are going abandoned on us.
How can I either make the notification toaster stay on top until dismissed or a more audible sound that is consistent like a ring tone or something. Basically I want to make it quite obvious to them they have an incoming chat.
