SocialMiner ver 11 License

Hi , 

I have uccx ver 11.x with ENH license. the customer what to install SM. i know that the license covered in PRE. what about ENA license?

Hi Sharon,

first of all we need to know what all features we can enable by adding Socialminer accordingly we will look for uccx license requirement.

If we add Socialminer, what major features we can achieve are apart from FB page, Twitter or RSS feed,

1. Email feature

2. Webchat

3. Webcallback

so enable above feature we should have premium license. hope this will clarify,

so if i have pre-license i don't need any other license for SM , correct ?

in the past there was a sku for SM with 1000$ cost. I cannot find it today.

Hi Sharon,

if you have premium lic then you are entitled to install socialminer server. Earlier, there was cost involved $100 for SM server software license but now if you have Premium, you can install that.

The SM service lic is not included with ENH licenses. Additionally all of the features for SM (Social Mining, Agent Email, Web Chat) are all licensed via a PRE agent license on CCX.
