According to the documentation, cisco provides SSO API to get access token for finesse but i am failed to get access token without login to finesse on browser, having the following error
then we tried to get the access token using SSO sdk but we are still not able to get the token, there we created a client on IDS and redirect to a rest API, we are successfully able to authenticate an agent using asdf and then redirect to the IDS client rest API having code and state 'null':
then using that code we tried to get access token with SDK but having the following error;
