I want the Agent desktop to stay down in the System Notification Area, but it keeps popping up on each call despite the fact I have Stealth Mode enabled!

From TAC; This is due to a bug which is going to be fixed in version 4.0.5. The bug ID is CSCsd81370. Unfortunately there is no work-around for it.
